Level one where the house is placed. Large stone steps lead to level two, where the swimming pool and surrounding terrace.
From that point you have a view to Corfu and Achilleon palace (Sissy s palace).
Surrounded by stone walls and vegetation.

Vegetation :

Seven productive olive trees. One walnut, one bergamot, five mandarin trees. Eight orange trees, two lemon trees and one bitter orange.
Oleander trees, daphnees, palm trees, yuccas, lavender, tomatoes, sage, six cypresses around the pool, pine trees …etc.

House :

Built in 1983, old Corfiot style. Two levels separated by three steps.
First level: sitting room, dining room, kitchen.
Second level: four bedrooms, three at one side, and the master bedroom at the other side, separated by the entrance hall. Two bathrooms, one with wc, plus a separated wc. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Ceiling with visible timbers.
Floor in old stones and old bricks.
Wall to wall carpets in the bedroom.
Under floor heating.
The kitchen has an access from outside as well.

Annex :

Connected to the kitchen, has his private entrance. Two storage rooms, one bedroom with wc, washbasin and shower.
The house is self-sufficient for water supply: there is a tank of 100 m3 filling with rainwater. The house is connected as well to water supply from the village.
Electricity 220, telephone and satellite TV. Designed by one of the owners who is an architect.
